BenefitAgent collects the minimum information needed to quote plans and screen employees for coverage and public benefits: roster data provided by an employer, and household and income details an employee chooses to share with the agent.

Employee screening answers are used only to determine eligibility and are not shared back with the employer beyond coverage outcomes. We do not sell personal information. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
